The Products

Most permanent botanical decor is sourced, not composed. A form is dropped into a vessel and shipped. TidyPlant compositions are built: the botanical forms are selected for their specific geometry and color relationship, positioned for visual balance from every angle, and anchored so nothing shifts in transit or over time.

The photographs show the composition as it is built - the botanical forms, the vessel, the colorways, and the proportions. Because each piece is assembled by hand, minor variation from the photo is possible. We occasionally revise compositions and update materials based on availability; photos may not always reflect every change immediately. No two pieces are identical. That is expected. Some shaping required upon arrival.

No. Every TidyPlant composition is a permanent botanical composition made from premium, realistic faux botanical materials. It is not a living plant. It is crafted to look exactly like the living plant, permanently. You are buying a finished, composed object that requires nothing and changes nothing over time.

Each product is built around specific botanical forms chosen for their geometry, color, and how they behave visually in a composed space. The product page for each composition describes the specific character of what you are buying.

Generally, products are fixed as designed. The vessel, the flora, and the colorway are chosen as a whole.

Size varies by composition. Each product page includes the vessel dimensions. Accent and Feature compositions suit a conference table, a credenza, or a side table. Statement pieces are floor-scale and anchor a room rather than a surface. The product page is the right place to confirm dimensions before ordering.

The Vessels

Depending on the item, your plant will come with a standard nursery pot or a carefully chosen ceramic, wood, or composite vessel.

No. Our vessels / pots / planters are intended for ornamental use only and are not food-safe.

No. Minor glaze variation is a characteristic of ceramic material and an expected property of handcrafted vessels. It is not a defect. Crazing - fine surface cracking in the glaze layer - is different, and any piece showing crazing is rejected before it reaches the composition queue.

Ownership & Care

Nothing. A permanent botanical composition requires no water, no light, no humidity, no feeding, and no seasonal attention. It does not decline over time.

Yes. Placement is entirely your choice. Light conditions, humidity, and temperature have no effect on a permanent composition. A north-facing bathroom and a south-facing windowsill are equivalent environments for this object.

Some items are UV rated for many years of fade-resistance. See each product page for indoor/outdoor suitability, or sort each collection by indoor/outdoor using the provided filters. Otherwise, under normal interior light conditions, all products are resistant to fading over time. If fading is a concern, indirect light is the better placement.

A soft brush or a short burst of compressed air is all it needs. No water, no product, no soaking. Work gently from the outer forms inward. If a form has shifted, reposition it by hand - the substrate anchors all forms firmly, but transit or handling can occasionally move a piece.

Reposition by hand. The botanical forms are anchored in faux substrate and will hold once reset. If a form is damaged on arrival rather than shifted, see the guarantee section below.

Avoid placing compositions directly in front of a heating or air conditioning vent, or any source of high heat. Everything else about the placement is up to you.

Yes. The composition you place on your desk or surface today looks identical in a year. That is not a marketing claim - it is the material reality of a permanent object. No seasonal decline, no dropped leaves, no watering schedule missed. The same composition, permanently.

Yes, we often send plants as gifts. Enter the recipient's address at checkout. A product card is included inside every box with the composition name and a brief description of the botanical forms. No prices are included in the box.

Yes. Permanent botanical compositions have no climate restrictions. They ship any day, to any zone, in any season.

Most in-stock items ship within two business days. Some items are made to order and require additional production time - typically one to three weeks. If you are ordering for a specific date, reach out before placing your order and we will confirm the timeline. Lead times are listed on each product page.

Across the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship internationally or to Alaska and Hawaii.
