TidyPlant 3-Year Limited Warranty

Every TidyPlant composition is built to last. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our botanical materials with a 3-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of delivery.

What This Warranty Covers

Under normal residential use, this warranty covers:

• Structural failure

• Craftsmanship defects

• Significant foliage color degradation

• Trunk defects

• Stability issues

• Defects in included planters or vessels

If a covered issue occurs within the warranty period, TidyPlant may provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:

• Full replacement

• Replacement part

• Repair solution

Proper Care

To help preserve the appearance and longevity of your arrangement:

• Follow the intended use guidelines listed on the product page (indoor vs. outdoor)

• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight unless the product is specifically rated for outdoor use

• Dust regularly with a microfiber cloth or soft duster

• Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners

• Avoid excessive moisture or standing water unless the product is specifically rated for outdoor use

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or improper handling

• Use outside of the product’s intended environment or care guidelines

• Normal wear from regular handling over time

• Cosmetic variations inherent to handcrafted botanical materials

• Labor or shipping costs associated with warranty claims

How to Submit a Claim

Please contact us at hello@tidyplant.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos clearly showing the issue

• A brief description of the problem

We will review your submission and respond within 3 business days. Proof of original purchase is required.

Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval. TidyPlant reserves the right to examine any product involved in a claim.

Warranty Eligibility

This warranty:

• Begins on the original date of delivery

• Applies only to the original purchaser

• Is non-transferable

• Applies only to products used within the United States

Limitation of Liability

TidyPlant’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or replacement parts associated with the covered product. TidyPlant shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products to the fullest extent permitted by law.
