Returns

Because every composition is assembled to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if there is a craftsmanship issue or an error with your order, we are committed to making it right.

Arrival Damage

Every composition undergoes a rigorous inspection before it is packed. In the rare event of damage during transit, please follow the protocols below:

NOTE: During shipping, stems, limbs, leaves, or flowers may occasionally shift or become detached. This is not considered damage. These components are designed to be modular; detached pieces can be easily reinserted, and limbs can be reshaped to their intended position. Our damage policy applies only to structural or unfixable breakage.

  • FedEx / UPS Ground: Photograph the damaged item and all original packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us with your order number and these images. Please retain all packaging until the claim is resolved.

  • LTL / Motor Freight: You must inspect all cartons before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is visible - or if you suspect concealed damage due to the condition of the crate - you must note "DAMAGED" on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. Photograph the cartons and contents immediately. Claims not noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery, or reported after 48 hours, may be ineligible for a remedy.

Remedy

Upon timely notice and review of supporting documentation, we will issue, at our discretion, replacement merchandise or a store credit. If the exact item is unavailable for replacement, a substitute of like kind and quality or store credit will be offered. We reserve the right to request additional documentation before approving any claim. Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval.
