Returns & Issues

We offer 60-day no-hassle returns.  If you are unhappy with your order, simply return it for a refund.  Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on your bank statement after your return has been received by TidyPlant.

If there’s ever a craftsmanship issue or a mistake with your order, we will make it right! Please reach out to us so we can help.

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

We carefully inspect every single composition before it leaves our hands to make sure it’s perfect. However, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, here’s what to do:

A Quick Note on Transit Fluffs: During shipping, stems, leaves, or flowers might occasionally shift or pop off. Don't worry - this is totally normal and isn't considered damage! Our pieces are designed to be modular, so you can easily pop any detached pieces back in and reshape the limbs right to your liking. Our damage policy kicks in for structural or unfixable breakages.

  • For FedEx / UPS Ground Deliveries: Please take a photo of the damaged item and all the original packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Send those photos along with your order number to our team. Make sure to keep all the packaging until we get everything sorted out!

  • For Freight (LTL / Motor Freight) Deliveries: Please take a close look at all the boxes before signing the delivery receipt. If you see any damage - or even suspect it because the crate looks a bit rough - just write "DAMAGED" on the carrier's receipt before signing. Take photos of the boxes and contents right away. Please note that if damage isn't noted on the receipt at delivery or reported within 48 hours, we might not be able to process a claim.

How We'll Fix It

Once you let us know and we review the photos, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit to make things right. If your exact item is no longer available, we’ll find a beautiful alternative of equal quality or issue a store credit.

To help us get the full picture, we may occasionally ask for a few extra details or photos before approving a claim.
