Plant delivered
Every composition clears three checks before it leaves.
After planting, it rests for 48 hours. Root engagement is confirmed, the visual geometry is checked, and the vessel is cleaned. If anything is off, the composition resets to day one. It ships only when it passes.
The box is custom-packed around the vessel. No foam. No plastic void fill. Recycled materials throughout. The composition arrives stable, with the care card placed visibly inside. In winter, a 72-hour heat pack ships with every order to protect the plants in transit to colder climates.
Transit times vary by zone, typically 2 to 5 business days from ship date. We ship Tuesday through Thursday to ensure the package moves through the carrier network without sitting in a depot over a weekend.
We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Transit times in these zones would compromise plant health on arrival.
What happens if something goes wrong
Plants are resilient. Minor wrinkling on arrival is normal - succulents draw on stored water during transit and plump back within 48 hours once watered. It is not damage. It is thirst.
If anything arrives in worse shape than that, send one photo within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement ships within 2 business days. No return required, no investigation, no process. The conversation is about the solution.
If a succulent doesn't settle in the first 30 days, we make it right.
The care card
Every order includes a custom care card - printed on high-stock matte card stock - with care instructions for your recipient. It arrives inside the box alongside the composition. It is part of what they receive and part of what they keep.
A living composition sent to someone is a different category of gift. It is still on the desk when everything else from that occasion has been forgotten.

Orders ship Tuesday through Thursday. Transit time is typically 3 to 5 business days from the ship date, depending on the destination. Total time between order and delivery is typically 5-10 business days. If you need delivery by a specific date, note it in the order comments and we will confirm availability.
