This is a faux Sansevieria — the Snake Plant — at 40 inches, in a sand-colored planter. The upright, sword-like leaves with waxy, variegated banding rise directly from the planter in the characteristic tight, vertical habit of the live Sansevieria. At 13 inches wide and 40 inches tall, the footprint is narrow relative to the height — which makes this composition a strong choice for awkward corners, bathroom positions, home office floors, and bedroom spaces where a vertical botanical accent with a contained footprint is the brief.
